SionBrands was founded on a clear need for a local presence that understands U.S. customers, regulations, and market dynamics. SionBrands operates in the U.S. culturally and operationally.  This enables direct communication, faster decisions, and meaningful partnerships.

Initially, SionBrands focused on private label solutions for large U.S. partners, leveraging manufacturing sites in Mexico, the Netherlands, Israel, and China. In 2024, it expanded by acquiring Richmond Dental & Medical, Intrinsics Beauty & Spa Brands, and Carolina Cotton, strengthening its presence in medical, dental, and care markets. In 2025, the group further enhanced its clinical portfolio with the acquisition of DermaRite Medical, specializing in wound care, clinical nutrition, and infection control.
